42.195 km – follow Arne Gabius, Andrea Diethers and myself at our Sunday morning challenge on October 25th.
First impressions will be given live from the pasta party in the Festhalle on Saturday in the hr-television from 5:30 to 6:00 pm (UTC+2).
On Sunday the entire marathon will be shown live from 10 am to 2 pm (UTC+1) either at hr-television, or you can stream it via www.hessenschau.de in German or www.frankfurt-marathon.com in English. ARD summarized the race on Sunday afternoon (ca 4:15 pm UTC+1).

Meine Herbstmarathon Vorbereitung in Kurzfassung:
Auf einen anderen Kontinent und in einer neuer Umwelt,
ich kritisch wie selten zuvor,
frontiert mit Geduld strapazierenden harten Tranings mit grossen ? im Kopf,
JAAAA und finally der ersehnte sinnergebende FUN als das Rollen begann!
